Meet the Founder

With over 14 years in the beauty industry and a business built full-time since 2018, Liz Maldonado’s career has always lived beyond the chair.

Raised in the entertainment world, Liz’s earliest memories are backstage in motion, in glam, in preparation. As a dancer and performer, she learned early that transformation doesn’t happen on stage alone; it happens behind the scenes, in the details, in the hands of the artists who make moments come to life.

That understanding carried into her work as a hairstylist.

While the salon chair became a foundation for mastering technique, Liz quickly realized her passion lived elsewhere in styling, in production, in the quiet intensity of preparing someone for a ceremony, a shoot, a performance, or a defining moment. Bridal, editorial, fashion, branding, e-commerce, live events each space sharpened her eye and demanded a deeper level of professionalism, adaptability, and presence.

Over the years, Liz invested relentlessly in her craft, training across textures from fine to curly hair, studying under mentors, refining systems through real-world experience, and learning just as much from mistakes as from success. Her work has taken her across the U.S. and internationally, including Paris, Cabo, and major creative markets coast to coast.

As her network expanded, so did the questions.

Artists began asking how to break into new rooms, how to work across niches, how to move beyond one lane and build a sustainable, respected career. The answer wasn’t another personal rebrand it was something bigger.

The Haus of BTSGLAM was created as an evolution not of style, but of structure.

A luxury beauty agency and creative hub designed to bring artists together across bridal, editorial, fashion, and production. A place where community meets opportunity, where artists earn, grow, assist, and expand their resumes while learning the unspoken standards of the industry: etiquette, preparation, presence, and professionalism.

The Haus exists because one artist can’t be everywhere but a collective can.
