A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. Dates are not held without both.

• Travel fees are determined by the getting-ready location, distance traveled, start time, and number of artists scheduled.
• On-location services outside our standard service area will incur a travel fee.
• For hotel, venue, or destination locations, parking fees, valet, tolls, and resort fees are the responsibility of the client and will be added if not complimentary.
• Destination or extended-distance bookings may require lodging accommodations for the artist team.

Yes. A detailed timeline is created to ensure a seamless, stress-free morning. We work alongside your planner and photographer when applicable.

Yes, Early morning start times (before 7:00 AM) require an early-morning fee of $100 per artist working event/s.

• Final balances are due no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
• Any additional services, added artists, or timeline changes requested after booking will be invoiced accordingly and must be paid before the event.

We break down payments into 3 to 4 invoices, with a retainer of $500 that will go towards your total balance.

We recommend booking as soon as possible. Popular dates often book 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons and destination events.

All payments are non-refundable. If services are canceled for any reason, payments remain due as the date and artists were reserved exclusively for you.

Your lead artist is selected based on availability, experience, and your specific needs. The Haus may adjust artist assignments while maintaining the same elevated level of service.

Reductions in services do not reduce the contracted total once confirmed, once 90 days is close total amount of services is set. -
